This place is awesome! Lauren is super helpful along with the rest of the team. When there were challenges, she over came them with ease. Highly recommend working with them

My husband and I had such an amazing experience at Spartan homes! We ended up purchasing a Sunshine Home and we were not disappointed!!! Mike showed us around and was never pushy, he was very thorough and answered any questions or concerns we had. Alecia did our closing and explained everything very well. This was our first buying experience and we would definitely purchase from Spartan homes again!

We’ve had a great buying experience with Spartan! Alecia and Mike did an amazing job answering questions and insuring that everything was taken care of properly. We will definitely send others looking to purchase a home in their direction!

Fernando is by far the BEST salesman!! He went above and beyond & bent over backwards to help me get into the home I needed! Kept in contact with me about every single detail and made sure the entire process went as smoothly as possible!! Would definitely recommend him to anyone who’s in the market for a mobile home!!

I am beyond impressed with these people. Brianna has been the best help from first coming in to the closing and I love the new home me and my family are getting. They have other beautiful homes on their lot for anybody else looking for a new mobile home. I’d recommend to anybody!

I just want to thank Brianna and Brant for making our purchase easy and pleasant. Brianna was amazing. She never ignored any questions we had. She was prompt in getting back with us.They both made closing easy and went over contract in depth. I would recommend them to anyone. Again Thank y’all!!!

Amazing service!!! The homes here are beautiful! Candice was very helpful every step of the way. From showing us all the homes in our budget to finding us a great lender!! She was always willing to help, from printing the documents needed to apply for my permits to helping find a surveyor! I highly suggest you give Spartan Homes and Candice a visit if you're in the market for a new home!!!

My husband and I are looking into purchasing a modular home within the next year. The salesman at Spartan Homes was extremely understanding and kind. He patiently showed us around, gave us floor plans, and listened to our needs and wants. Very beautiful homes! I cannot wait to come back!
